LOOK WHAT I READ ABOUT ALL THOSE IMMIGRANTS WE'VE BEEN GETTING

Even though Lynn claims to be getting a much higher number of immigrant and refugee children, Lynn receives far less than a number of other Massachusetts school systems even though superintendent/mayor Lynn received highest number of children in state . Federal Title 3 money is given to state and then state (DESE) distributes to school systems - Title III funds are awarded to eligible districts that have experienced a significant growth in immigrant children and youth.

      I posted the comment. You are the one labeling it a FACT. Then again they do give the MASS DOE website to substantiate their comment. I know you can't trust the government.
